Campus master plan was revised to accommodate a new worship building while allowing for the continued use of existing worship building. A new courtyard, which replaced the existing church, creates a peaceful transition from parking to the new church. The site was rezoned by working closely with the neighbors, zoning board and county commissioners to allow for building replacement and expansion.

Brief
• Design facilities with sensitivity to its neighbors
• Master plan church expansion for new worship building, parish hall/preschool facility, and additional parking
• Rezone site for the required building expansion
• Phase construction around existing worship building
• New front courtyard and memorial gardens shall replace existing worship building in final phase

Results
• Creation of a Gothic Revival style 750 seat sanctuary with a traditional Latin cross plan.
• Design includes a 45-seat chapel, 5,000 sf parish hall, and preschool
