Due to the topography and required access into the existing kitchen, the new gym/multi-purpose building will be located at the rear of the campus. This will also minimize its visual impact. To improve campus aesthetics and circulation, the existing house at the front of the property will be demolished. Parking and landscape will be added in its location. New parking behind the gym will create an internal loop road that connects all of the parking areas.

• 350 person multi-purpose hall for formal, informal and athletic events
