Following the completion of earlier master plans, St. Joseph Catholic Church acquired additional property on the west side of their campus. In 2020, the church engaged Smith Boland Architects to design a new play field and restrooms for the elementary school. The expanded site replaces the existing smaller playground and now features an artificial turf play field, a new playground, a half basketball court, a restrooms and storage building, and additional parking.
